Tai Chi Chuan has been practiced in China for centuries as an exercise rooted in the martial arts but concentrating on breathing, balance and flexibility.

Each class begins with a few simple, non-stress warm-up exercises, then proceeds to a series of Qi Chong exercises. There are many styles of Qi Chong which focus on stimulating various parts of the body.

We teach the 37 posture Yang short form, which is the most widely practiced form in the world.
